Welcome to Little Artistas! I’m Mar from Spain and I’m passionate about the transformative power of art. Since founding Little Artistas in 1999, I’ve embarked on a creative journey with children and adults aged 5 to 18 and beyond. My goal is to make art fun and accessible for everyone, especially kids. In my classes, I guide students through essential painting techniques using a clear, step-by-step approach, exploring various mediums like acrylics and watercolors studying masterpieces by famous artists. Over the 26 years I have been teaching, many students have developed a strong foundation in art, creating beautiful works and showcasing them in exhibitions and in many occasions to support charitable causes. It’s incredibly fulfilling to see them use their talents to make a difference. Many of our students have honed their skills, leading them to attend and graduate from some of the world’s leading art schools, with some achieving recognition as outstanding artists. I’m also proud of my adult learners, many of whom began with no prior interest in drawing or painting and have discovered the therapeutic power of art, with some advancing into professional fields through dedication and hard work.
